Count your blessings not your problems...

STOP EVERYTHING YOUR DOING...

Put down that pencil, move that phone away from you, sign off from your Facebook, turn off that music, stop chewing your gum, stop thinking about your day, wait, stop complaining...

TAKE A MOMENT, ONE SIMPLE MOMENT. STOP THINKING, BREATHE IN AND OUT. RELEASE THE TENSION FROM YOUR BODY...

Feels better no?

Now think of one think that makes you grateful...
Some stranger might have smiled at you on your way to work, someone could have complemented you on your hair or on the way you dressed, you have received wonderful news from someone, you have completed  everything on your to-do list, its sunny outside, the sun is bright, it smells good in the room your in, someone passed by to tell you hello... 

Reflect for a moment; your healthy? Check. You have a beautiful family or friends that love you? Check. You live in a country of Freedom? Check. You don't fall asleep to the sound of bombardments? Check. You have legs, arms, feet, fingers, eyes to see with, ears to hear with, a tongue to speak with, a brain to use? Check. You have an education? Check. In this cold weather you are going home to a cozy environment  a bed with blankets and pillows and warmth? Check. You had a full meal today, or just a little snack, anything at all to eat? Check.

Then you have every reason to be GRATEFUL. 


Think twice before complaining you have it WAY better than a lot of people.
